I am a sucker for green and white; decor, plants, food. The photo below could appear in any food magazine in April or May with the first crop of spring peas, but I've never had good fresh peas to make it myself. I purchased some peas at the farmers market - I don't think they even said what kind they were - and used them in this orzo dish along with some thinly sliced zucchini, onion, garlic, and feta cheese. Doesn't it look especially lovely with my china?
