Coffee Brandy Ice Cream

This is just really really good coffee ice cream.

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup strong brewed coffee or espresso

1 cup skim milk
3 cups cream
1 tablespoon brandy


Dissolve sugars in coffee. Stir together with milk and cream. Stir in brandy. Allow to rest overnight in refrigerator, stirring periodically.
Freeze in ice cream maker.
